A guide to help your day

With so much to see and do at Winter Wonderland for you and your family, we’re making it easy to get the full Christmas experience!

Take a look at what’s on offer for the ultimate festive family day out, including a special family entrance entering straight into Santa Land, brand new children’s attractions, Christmas themed rides & games, a variety of food & drink stalls, and a free Santa’s Grotto, guaranteed to get you in the Christmas spirit.

Family friendly attractions include The Magical Ice Kingdom, The Snowman™ Experience, Peter Pan on Ice, Teletubbies Christmas Show, Zippos Christmas Show, the Giant Observation Wheel and not forgetting our Ice Skating Rink.

NEW FAMILY ENTRANCE

Brand new this year is a convenient family entrance that will take you straight into Santa Land and Santa’s Grotto!

Santa Land includes Christmas themed rides and games, a variety of food and drink stalls and Father Christmas himself.

Father Christmas and his elves welcome children of all ages to visit his grotto, every day except Christmas Day, from 10am – 6pm, on a first-come first-served basis, as long as they’ve been good!

By entering through the new family entrance you will find other attractions near Santa Land that your family will love: The Magical Ice Kingdom, Peter Pan on Ice, the Megadome Circus Tent with Teletubbies Christmas Show & Zippos Christmas Show, the Giant Observation Wheel and not forgetting our Ice Skating Rink.

FAMILY INFORMATION

Buggy Park

Most of Winter Wonderland is flat and level for buggies with only gentle inclines

Peter Pan on Ice, Teletubbies Christmas Show and Zippos Christmas show have an area for buggies to be left while you watch the show

Buggies cannot be taken into the auditorium

Baby-changing facilities

Baby changing facilities are available, in a separate cabin, at every major toilet block throughout Winter Wonderland

Food & Drink

There are a variety of food and drink stalls throughout Winter Wonderland, from food on the go to heated sit-down restaurants

Travel

Winter Wonderland is a short walk from the following London Underground Stations:

Green Park (step-free station with lift access: Victoria, Jubilee and Piccadilly lines)

Marble Arch (Central Line)

Victoria (Victoria Line and National Rail)

Paddington (Bakerloo, Metropolitan, Circle and District lines and National Rail)

Green Park & Marble Arch Tube Stations are the closest to the new Family Entrance

We recommend visitors avoid coming by car where possible but for those who do travel by car, we recommend Q-Park which has entrances at Park Lane and Marble Arch

TICKET INFORMATION

Family Ticket includes 2 Adults/Teens & 2 Children OR 1 Adult/Teen & 3 Children

Child: 12 years and under

Some rides and attractions have height and weight restrictions

There is no minimum age for the Ice Rink, The Snowman™ Experience,  Magical Ice Kingdom, Teletubbies Christmas Show, Zippos Circus Christmas Show or Giant Observation Wheel

If your little one prefers a seat, this will need to be purchased at a child price

Children under 1 will not need a ticket for Teletubbies Christmas Show

Children under 2 will not need a ticket for all other pre-bookable attractions

You WILL need to purchase a child ticket for the ice rink and tokens for rides

Tokens for rides cost £1 – children rides are between £2 – £3
