Magical Ice Kingdom Host
The Magical Ice Kingdom is one of our premier attractions. Our ice sculpture walk-through experience is kept at a constant -8°C and we are really excited that this year’s theme is A Christmas Carol. We are looking for out-going, friendly and cheerful staff to work collecting tickets and greeting guests, marshalling points and managing the flow of visitors through the attraction. Don’t worry – we swap staff positions frequently so you won’t be in the cold for your entire shift!
Ice Rink Assistant
We operate the largest outdoor ice rink in the UK and we are looking for brilliant customer services staff to ensure those skating with us have a fantastic time. You might be scanning tickets, managing the cloakroom or handing out skates – all of these roles are important customer facing roles that will contribute to making sure our guests have a memorable experience. We’ll need you to be smiling, happy, confident and willing.
Box Office Staff
The role of the Box Office team is a very significant one – as well as delivering exceptional customer service, you will be the public face of Winter Wonderland, ready to answer questions and queries that visitors have. We are looking for applicants who can deliver the highest possible standards of guest service, presentation and a strong sales approach. We’ll deliver training on our simple token and ticketing system and you’ll be confident handling cash and card payments.
