Created using seasonal, responsibly sourced ingredients, and with many featuring a twist on traditional festive favourites, starters include cranberry & brie wonton with chilli cranberry jam and mains such as turkey roulade with bacon & spinach stuffing and glazed root vegetables or a hearty steak pie, mash with classic mushroom gravy. Finish with none other than a Christmas pudding slice with brandy sauce, or perhaps a raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake is more up your street.

For those with smaller appetites, or who just want to enjoy the bar area, Cedar & Spruce Bar + Kitchen also offer a bar snacks menu, with dazzling small plates providing the perfect accompaniment to the impressive collection of mulled wine and cider, craft beers, spirits, champagne and prosecco.
Choose from treats such as creamy cheese jalapenos, crispy prawns with wasabi drizzle & tomato salsa or venison & fig samosa served with apple chutney.

Cedar & Spruce Bar + Kitchen will operate as a restaurant from 29th November to 5th January and a bar from 21st to 29th November 2019. Cedar & Spruce Bar + Kitchen will continue to welcome guests in, to warm up with a toastie tipple or two from 22nd December 2019 until 5th January 2020.
