Your health and safety remains our priority and we’re working closely with local authorities to ensure we are implementing all necessary health and safety measures. Expect more space for social distancing, sanitiser stations, extra precautionary safety measures in place and plenty of festive cheer!
From Wednesday 15 December, if you are aged 18 or over, to enter Hyde Park Winter Wonderland you must have proof of one of the following:
- vaccinated with two doses of an approved vaccine (or one of the single-dose Janssen vaccine) OR
- taken a PCR or rapid lateral flow test within the last 48 hours, OR
- exempt from vaccination or vaccination and testing on the basis of a medical exemption or clinical trial participation
We ask that you take your test as close to your visit as possible and within 12 hours. This will strengthen the protection testing provides.
We do strongly recommend the wearing of masks throughout your visit and face masks must be worn when visiting the Magical Ice Kingdom, Circus MegaDome, Giant Wheel (when sharing a pod with members outside of your group) and the Ice Rink Skate Exchange.
If you, or someone in your group becomes unwell with symptoms of Covid-19 or you are asked to self-isolate, we ask that you do not attend Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. Please contact the ticket provider as soon as you can and they will do their best to reschedule your booking for a new date/time, subject to availability.
Please continue to stay safe, wear a mask, take a lateral flow test before visiting and keep washing your hands to stay on Santa’s good list!

Give people space around the event.

Face coverings are strongly encouraged throughout your visit. It is now mandatory to wear a face mask when visiting the Magical Ice Kingdom, Circus MegaDome, Giant Wheel (when sharing a pod with members outside of your group) and the Ice Rink Skate Exchange.

We have provided extra hand washing facilities at every toilet block, as well as extensive hand sanitiser points throughout the event. Please wash your hands and use the sanitiser frequently.

To protect those around you, we ask that everyone please take a Lateral Flow Test as late as possible before attending Winter Wonderland, ideally within 12 hours. Tests can be downloaded from the NHS website, or you can visit the free Lateral Flow Test centre on North Carriage Drive (closest to Gold Gate) before your arrival.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and instead follow NHS and Government guidelines.
Yes, we do have a Good to Go Certificate! This means that our event meets the Government and public health guidance on COVID-19 and that we have all the required health and safety processes in place to safely reopen.

Guests who have a medical/valid exemption will not have to wear a mask, but we do ask you please cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze. All of our other guests are strongly encouraged to wear a mask, particularly in more busy areas or indoor venues.

We ask that all guests take the necessary precautions to keep themselves, those around them and our staff safe at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. We’re continuing to follow government guidelines. We strongly encourage the wearing of masks and request that all visitors do a lateral flow test before attending the event. Additionally, we have added more hand washing and sanitisation stations around the site and introduced enhanced hygiene measures, including more frequent cleaning of all communal surfaces and high touch points. All hand washing/sanitisation stations are marked clearly on our maps for easy access.
Our employees have completed Covid-19 specific training programmes instructing them on how to stay safe and keep our guests safe. We have a rigorous testing process in place and staff are required to test regularly. We are continuing to monitor government advice and will adhere to the relevant guidelines in place at the time of the event.
