Please check availability ahead. Pre-booked attraction tickets guarantee fast-track entry through the gates.
Weekends tend to be very busy. Arrive early or visit during the week to experience Winter Wonderland at a more leisurely pace.
Hyde Park Winter Wonderland will be open from 22nd November 2018 until 6th January 2019
On Thursday 22nd November, Winter Wonderland will be open from 4pm – 10pm
From Friday 23rd November, Winter Wonderland will be open 10am – 10pm every day until 6th January, except Christmas Day
Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is FREE to enter, so join us and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
However, you will need a ticket for the Ice Rink, The Magical Ice Kingdom, Peter Pan on Ice, Zippos Christmas Circus, Cirque Berserk, Teletubbies Christmas Show, Giant Wheel, Ice Sculpting Workshops, Winter Wonderland Comedy Club, Bar Hütte and Bar Ice.
Pre-booked tickets mean you are guaranteed fast track entry into Winter Wonderland!
A brand new family entrance is here!
Enter straight into Santa Land where you’ll find brand new children’s attractions, Christmas themed rides & games, a variety of food & drink stalls, and a free Santa’s Grotto.
Family friendly attractions are also very near to Santa Land, including The Magical Ice Kingdom, Peter Pan on Ice, Teletubbies Christmas Show, Zippos Christmas Show, the Giant Observation Wheel and not forgetting our Ice Skating Rink.
TAP 'N' PAY
This year contactless cards will be accepted throughout Winter Wonderland, for easier payment and saving you more time to have fun.
You can Tap ‘n’ Pay your way at cafés, food stalls, attractions, rides and games. Look out for the signs throughout the park.
Safety at Winter Wonderland
The safety and comfort of our visitors is a priority. Security checks will be in place throughout the event, including bag searches, which may result in delays when entering the site. Please allow extra time for these searches to take place.
Please be aware that no alcohol is permitted to be brought into Winter Wonderland and any open bottles with be disposed of.
Large bags will incur significant delays; we strongly advise not bringing large bags or luggage to the event.
How to get here
The best way to get to Winter Wonderland is via public transport.
There are many tube and mainline stations in close vicinity including: Bond Street, Green Park, Knightsbridge, Marble Arch, Hyde Park Corner, Paddington and Victoria.
Green Park station is best for step-free access.
We’ve tried to make Hyde Park Winter Wonderland as accessible as possible for visitors with disabilities.
Wheelchairs are welcome on the ice rink, in the Circus Megadome, at the Winter Palace Theatre, on the Giant Wheel, in the Magical Ice Kingdom and Bar Ice.
For these bookable attractions we offer a 2 for 1 Personal Assistant (PA) scheme for those guests who need assistance in visiting Winter Wonderland.
Groups & Schools
With so much to see and do at Winter Wonderland it makes the perfect festive outing for large parties and school groups.
A 10% group discount is available to groups of 20 people or more. You can make your group booking online where your discount will be applied automatically.
