Here’s some useful information to help you plan your visit and make the most of your day at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland.

Please check availability ahead.
Pre-booked attraction tickets guarantee fast-track entry through the gates.

Weekends tend to be very busy. Arrive early or visit during the week to experience Winter Wonderland at a more leisurely pace.

Opening Times

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland will be open from 21st November 2019 until 5th January 2020.

 

On 21st November 2019, Winter Wonderland will be open 4pm – 10pm.

From 22nd November 2019, Winter Wonderland is open 10am – 10pm every day until 5th January 2020, except Christmas Day.

 

 

Admission

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is FREE to enter, so join us and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

However, you will need a ticket for our pre-bookable attractions.

Pre-booked tickets mean you are guaranteed fast track entry into Winter Wonderland!

Family Information

A dedicated family entrance is back!

Enter straight into Santa Land where you’ll find brand new children’s attractions, Christmas themed rides & games, a variety of food & drink stalls, and a free Santa’s Grotto.

Family friendly attractions are also very near to Santa Land, including The Magical Ice Kingdom, Paddington™ on Ice, Mr. Men and Little Miss – The Show, Zippos Christmas Circus and The Giant Wheel.

TAP & PAY

This year contactless, debit & credit cards will be accepted throughout Winter Wonderland, for easier payment and saving you more time to have fun.

Look out for Tap & Ride signs at Rides and Tap & Play signs at Games.

 

Safety at Winter Wonderland

The safety and comfort of our visitors is a priority. Security checks will be in place throughout the event, including bag searches, which may result in delays when entering the site. Please allow extra time for these searches to take place.

Please be aware that no alcohol or glass is permitted to be brought into Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, and any open plastic bottles will be disposed of. Please note, Hyde Park is a restricted air space  – the use of drones in and around the Park is STRICTLY prohibited!

Large bags will incur significant delays; we strongly advise not bringing large bags or luggage to the event.

How to get here

The best way to get to Winter Wonderland is via public transport.

There are many tube and mainline stations in close vicinity including: Victoria, Bond Street, Knightsbridge, Green Park, Marble Arch, Hyde Park Corner.

Victoria and Green Park station is best for step-free access.

Accessibility

We’ve tried to make Hyde Park Winter Wonderland as accessible as possible for visitors with disabilities.

Wheelchairs are welcome on the ice rink, in the Circus Megadome, at Paddington on Ice, on the Giant Wheel, in the Magical Ice Kingdom and Bar Ice.

For these bookable attractions and for up to three rides on site (where possible) we offer a 2 for 1 Personal Assistant (PA) scheme for those guests who need assistance in visiting Winter Wonderland.

Groups & Schools

With so much to see and do at Winter Wonderland it makes the perfect festive outing for large parties and school groups.

A 10% group discount is available to groups of 20 people or more. You can make your group booking online where your discount will be applied automatically.

Special discounts apply for school groups.
