SCHOOL ART COMPETITION

GET CREATIVE IN OUR SCHOOL ART COMPETITION

This year we are inviting local schools to participate in our annual School Art Competition! Open for children between the ages of four and 14, schools can submit entries by post using the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Art Competition Canvas

Lucky gold, silver, and bronze winners will receive complimentary packages for them and their family to spend a magical day with us, as well as have their artwork displayed at Winter Wonderland for all our guests to enjoy.

The theme?

We want you to show off your artistic flair with artwork that captures how you would design your own Winter Wonderland. Join our Winter Wonderland HQ in the planning and building of this year’s event. Take inspiration from Hyde Park, the event, or anything that makes you feel festive! What would your dream Winter Wonderland look like?

HOW DO I ENTER?

To enter, follow these three easy steps…

Download

Download and print the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Art Competition Canvas and complete the School Consent Form. Students can either take the Canvas home to create their artwork or teachers can celebrate the festive season early by including it in an art lesson.

Get Creative

Students can design their artwork in either pencil, paint or ink, using landscape orientation on the A4 Art Competition Canvas. Make sure each student’s age, name and school is written clearly in the designated space. This step is very important for us to contact you if this is a winning piece of art!

Submit the artwork

In an envelope, post your students’ artwork to our freepost address. No need to add a stamp, simply write “Freepost ART COMPETITION HPWW” and take it to your nearest post box. When sending in your designs, please do not fold the artwork. Each school must read and sign the School Consent Form on behalf of all entrants for the entry to be valid. Unfortunately, we cannot accept digital copies of work at this time.

Note to teachers: When posting multiple students’ entries in one envelope, please ensure each submission has the student’s name, age, and school name clearly written on the page.

What are the guidelines?

  • Artwork should be completed on the A4 Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Art Competition Canvas in landscape.
  • Artwork can be produced in pencil, paint, or ink. Photography, 3D models, and digital art will not be accepted for this competition.
  • Each entry must have the student’s name, age, and school name clearly written on the Art Competition Canvas.
