We understand the challenges of organising large groups, so we’ve curated two packages that encompass all the best features of Winter Wonderland to suit every preference.

FROST FAYRE PACKAGE (MIN 20 PEOPLE)

Located in the Oktoberfest-style Bavarian Hall, nestled in the heart of Bavarian Village, this package is a must-have for those seeking Christmas revelry. Secure yourself a private table in the ever-popular destination.

Picture yourself holding a hearty stein of beer in one hand, relishing in delicious German cuisine with the other, while you sing along to live bands performing all your favourite Christmas hits.

Frost Fayre package includes:

• 1 x anytime queue jump entry ticket per guest into Hyde Park Winter Wonderland (valid from 10am)
• Private table(s) within the Bavarian Hall for 4 hours (1pm – 5pm or 6pm – 10pm) with queue jump
• 3 x drink tokens per person, including beer, wine, mulled wine, soft drinks, prosecco, spirits, and mixers
• 1 x traditional German cuisine food token per person, redeemable in the Bavarian Hall, such as German bratwurst and chips*
• 1 x attraction per person for Ice Skating, Bar Ice in association with Mixtons Cocktails or the Magical Ice Kingdom**
• 1 x ride token per person, granting access to any of the exhilarating on-site roller coasters
• Live entertainment featuring the iconic Frontal band and Bavarian royalty Joseph among others
• On-site customer services representative

Upgrade to the VIP GOLD tables inside the Bavarian Hall for a roped-off area, fully hosted service with a VIP a la carte menu, VIP toilets and the best views of the stage from the raised platform.

ALPINE PARTY PACKAGE (MIN 20 PEOPLE***)

Experience Christmas in true style with our Alpine Party package, hosted in Winter Wonderland’s festive bars: The Pepsi MAX Fire Pit, Explorer’s Rest, or Arctic Lodge.

This package offers an exclusive private area for your party, complete with a dedicated host, drinks, premium street food and much more!

Alpine Party Package includes:

• 1 x anytime queue jump entry ticket per guest into Winter Wonderland (valid from 10am)
• Exclusive private area at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland for 4 hours (1pm – 5pm or 6pm – 10pm)
• 1 x attraction per person for Ice Skating, Bar Ice in association with Mixtons Cocktails or the Magical Ice Kingdom**
• £15 food token, redeemable at our premium street food traders offering varied cuisines for everybody’s taste
• 3 x drink tokens per person, including beer, wine, mulled wine, soft drinks, prosecco, spirits, mixers and hot chocolates
• Live entertainment featuring DJ sets or acoustic covers
• Fully hosted and waited-for service
• Customer services representative onsite

BESPOKE PRIVATE HIRE OPTIONS FOR LARGE GROUPS (MIN 150 PEOPLE)

We also offer bespoke private hire proposals incorporating both Bavarian Village Exclusive Venues and IMG bars for groups from 150 to 1,500. Packages can include rides, activities, entertainment, food, drinks or even a branded photo booth.
