Subject to the final sentence of clause 5A.2, any Tour Ticket holder removed from the Tour will forfeit any remaining elements of the Tour, including the Tour Credit. Where PWR Events determines under clause 11.10 that a removal should extend to the Tour Ticket holder’s group, this shall apply only to the members of their own booking and not to other guests sharing a Shared Tour.

5A.14. Use of the cloakroom is included for Tour Ticket holders. Items left in the cloakroom are left at the owner’s risk. The bag restrictions set out in clause 11.3 continue to apply, and all items must be collected before the Event closes. Any items not collected will be treated as lost property in accordance with clauses 15.6 and 15.7.

5A.15. The Tour involves approximately 80 minutes of walking outdoors, on uneven ground and in busy conditions. Visitors with access requirements, including wheelchair users and those attending with an Essential Companion (see clause 7), must contact PWR Events in advance of their visit at hydeparkwinterwonderland@marigrp.com so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

5A.16. Tours operate in all weather conditions and Tour Ticket holders are advised to wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather, save where PWR Events cancels the Tour.

5A.17. In the unlikely event that PWR Events cancels a Tour or is unable to operate a Tour, Tour Ticket holders will be offered the choice of either a transfer to an alternative Departure Time or date (subject to availability) or a full refund of the price paid for the Tour Ticket (including any booking fee). Save as set out in clause 15.12, the liability of PWR Events shall be limited to the price paid for the Tour Ticket.

5A.18. Subject to clause 8 and your statutory rights, all Tour Ticket sales are final and no refund will be given if a Tour Ticket holder cancels. Notwithstanding clauses 6.4 and 6.10, the Lead Booker may request a transfer of the booking to an alternative date or Departure Time by email to hydeparkwinterwonderland@marigrp.com, provided the request is received by PWR Events no less than 48 hours before the original Departure Time. All transfers are subject to availability.

5A.19. Notwithstanding clauses 2.10 and 6.5, Tour Tickets may be purchased as a gift, and the name of the Lead Booker may be changed to another person aged 18 or over by email to hydeparkwinterwonderland@marigrp.com, provided the request is received by PWR Events no less than 48 hours before the Departure Time. This clause 5A.19 does not permit the resale of Tour Tickets, and clause 6.6 shall continue to apply to any Tour Ticket resold or offered for sale.

5A.20. Notwithstanding clause 6.9, Tour Tickets purchased from PWR Events or an authorised ticket agent may be purchased and used as part of corporate or hospitality packages, subject to clause 15.10.

Where we intend to take a posed or close-up image in which you are the focus, we will ask your permission at the time.

5A.22. The mobile number and email address of the Lead Booker will be used to contact them in relation to the Tour, including reminders and on the day updates such as delays, in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
