Join a small group of six and let one of our expert guides plan your perfect festive day out. You’ll start the day with light refreshments and introductions in our private lounge, before setting off on an 80 minute guided tour packed with thrills, magic and a little friendly rivalry. Once the experience wraps up, you’ll be given £30 Ride & Game Credit per person to spend how you please for the rest of the day.

The VIP Tour Experience: Key Information
- VIP Tour Experiences are running from 11:00 to 18:10 on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th December, and 10:00 to 18:10 on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December 2026.
- Each tour lasts approximately 80 minutes. Please arrive at the tour location 15 minutes before your tour start time.
- Please arrive at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland in sufficient time to make your way from the entrance to the tour location. More details will be provided in your welcome pack.
- Tickets cost £149 per person, with private tours costing £894.
- Groups of less than six people will share the tour with others.
- Private tours can be booked for up to six people.
- The VIP Tour Experience includes entry to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, entry to the private lounge with light refreshments provided, fast-track entry to three rides, a guided visit of the Magical Ice Kingdom presents Neverland, one game, £30 Ride & Game Credit, use of the cloakroom, a souvenir photo and piece of Winter Wonderland merchandise.
- Children are welcome on the tours, as long as they meet the minimum age and height to go on the rides. All guests must be six years or older and at least 1m tall. Some rides have a minimum height of 1.2m and additional restrictions.
- Children under 12 must be with an adult aged over 18 at all times.
- £30 Ride & Game Credit will be issued per person at the end of your tour.
- If you book a private tour, you will receive £180 Ride & Game Credit regardless of your booking size.
