Our map is split into zones to help you navigate your way around. Each gate is best to enter for specific areas and attractions so you don’t waste any time getting in and getting onto your first ride or getting your ice skates on!

Circus Town
Enter through Gold Gate and watch incredible circus performances in the largest circus tent in the UK. Ideal for families, enjoy Zippos Christmas Circus or why not catch a thrill in the fast-paced, adrenaline-fueled Cirque Berserk.
Santaland
Explore the land of Santa, full of seasonal fun for the little ones and the young at heart! Enter through our Family Red Gate, straight into all things festive. Get your hands on a Santaland Unlimited Ride Pass and explore our Santaland map below for all you need to know.
Arctic Circle
Jack Frost isn’t nipping at your nose just yet so get your frost fix by visiting our Arctic Circle. Here you can transport yourself into a frost-covered land with 500 tonnes of beautifully sculptured ice and snow at our Magical Ice Kingdom. Or why not try it for yourself and create your very own ice sculpture at our Ice Sculpting Workshops. Race your family and friends down the Real Ice Slide in partnership with Crystal Ski Holidays and see who wins!
Street Food
At this year’s Winter Wonderland, expect next-level Street Food indulgence, catering to a variety of dietary requirements. Delicacies include: truffle burgers, mac & cheese, gyros, churros and much, much more!
Bavarian Village
The Bavarian Village is the perfect place to unwind and have fun, with its cosy chalets, outdoor seating, bars, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy the festive evening atmosphere in the Bavarian Hall, with live music, DJs, sing-a-longs aplenty and be sure to dance the night away!
