Winter Wonderland 2024/2025 (the “Event”)
Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 The Event, held at Hyde Park, London (“Site”) is organised and managed by P W R Events Limited (“PWR Events”), a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 03827071 and with registered office at Building 6, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5HR.
1.2 We set out below the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) that shall apply to:
a. your entry to the Event;
b.any purchase of Tickets to any Ticketed Attraction, Rides, Game Coins, or Food and Beverage tickets (as set out below).
1.3 Notwithstanding the means by which a visitor attends the Event (including any Ticketed Attraction, Rides, Game Coins, or Food and Beverage), the Entry Conditions as set out below apply to all visitors attending the Event.
1.4 The Terms relating to Tickets shall apply as set out below (save as may be varied by any Ticketing Terms and Conditions (if applicable, and as defined below)).
1.5 Furthermore, on entry to the Event you agree to accept and abide by any venue rules of Hyde Park and TRP Trading Company Limited (“Royal Parks”) as stated here: https://www.royalparks.org.uk/park-management (and any other regulations provided on entry to the Site).
1.6 Admission into the Event is at all times subject to these Terms and the terms, conditions and rules of the Royal Parks. If you breach any of these Terms and/or any such terms, conditions and/or rules then we may refuse admission or require you and/or other ticket holders to leave the Site.
1.7 We respect your Personal Data and shall deal with it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK Data Protection legislation in place from time to time. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.
1.8 We may seek to collect and process your personal data in response to a Pandemic, which is above and beyond what would ordinarily be collected from you, to ensure the safety and well-being of our officers, staff and the general public. Such information will be limited to what is proportionate and necessary, taking into account the latest guidance issued by the Government and health professionals, in order to manage and contain the virus. ”ENTRY CONDITIONS”
2. Event Tickets and Admission
2.1 A valid entry ticket (“Event Ticket”) entitles the holder to attend the Event on the date and at the times stated on the Event Ticket. There shall be no admittance to the Event without a valid Event Ticket. You must retain your Entry Ticket on your person at all times during the Event.
2.2 All attendees of the Event agree to be bound by these Terms, those as detailed on any Ticket (as applicable), any Ticket Terms and Conditions (defined below as applicable), and such other terms as are drawn to the attention of visitors by PWR Events.
2.3 If tickets are bought on behalf of other guests, the buyer accepts these Entry Conditions on behalf of every guest and shall ensure that these Entry Conditions are complied with by each person in the group
2.4 By purchasing an Infant (under 2), Child (Age 2-12) Ticket you are confirming that you are either the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian of the child or infant for whom you are purchasing.
2.5 Infants (under 2) and Children (2-12) must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age must be provided on request (passport, driving licence or PASS cards accepted). A maximum of one Infant ticket will be allowed per one accompanying adult aged 18 or over per booking. The lead ticket purchaser must be over 18 and is responsible for all tickets purchased for those aged under 18, and for ensuring that they are identified as the responsible adult/guardian via the ticket system. The contact details of the responsible adult/guardian are required at the time of booking.
2.6 In case of emergency, we need to ensure that we are able to care for under 18’s in their best interests and that may require us to take action immediately, for example medical treatment for a minor. Treatment may require permission from a legal guardian. The responsible adult/guardian must:
a. be ‘loco parentis’ for that Infant/Child whilst at the Event site (this means they are legally entitled to make decisions for that Infant/Child) in emergencies.
b. have been given permission by the legal guardian of the Infant/Childto act as loco parentis in emergencies.
c. be available throughout their/the Infant/Child attendance at the event on the phone number provided on the ticket system.
You agree to these conditions as part of the ticket buying process.
2.7 It is the Event Ticket holder’s responsibility to check his or her Event Ticket(s), as mistakes cannot always be rectified and PWR Events shall not be responsible for any incorrect Event Tickets.
2.8 Last entry to the Event is 21:30, there is no admittance after this time. You may only leave and then re-enter the Site during the Event at the discretion of PWR Events or the Site. Otherwise, there shall be no re-admissions or pass-outs of any kind.
2.9 Event Tickets may not be used as prizes in competitions, “give-aways” or a lottery without the prior written consent of PWR Events in its sole discretion.
2.10 Event Tickets must not be resold, exchanged, transferred, altered or defaced. Any such action shall render the Event Ticket(s) void (and any individual with such an Event Ticket may be refused entry or removed from the Event in PWR Events’ sole discretion).
2.11 On entry to the Event all visitors agree to accept and abide by any Site rules of the Royal Parks (as may be updated from time to time) and any other regulations from time to time provided on entry to the Site.
2.12 You will need to purchase tickets for specific entry times, but once you are in the Event you can stay until close. Entry times are: 10:00-11:00, 11:00-12:00, 12:00-13:00, 13:00-14:00, 14:00-15:00, 15:00-16:00, 16:00-17:00, 17:00-18:00, 18:00- 19:00, 19:00-20:00, 20:00-21:30. You must enter the event within your booked entry time slot. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made, but admission for latecomers cannot always be guaranteed.
2.13 An ‘Anytime Entry’ ticket may be available on various limited dates. This ticket will entitle you to entry at any time between 10:00-21:30 on your booked date. This ticket is valid for one time entry only and does not entitle you to re-admission or pass-outs of any kind. This ticket is excluded from our free entry deal.
2.14 If you spend £25 (including VAT) on any pre-bookable attractions (including the Ticketed Attractions, Rides, Game Coins, or Food and Beverage Tickets), rides, games or food and beverage online, in advance, and in the same transaction, there will be no charge for one of your Event Tickets. This does not include ‘Anytime Entry’ tickets as mentioned in clause 2.13.
2.15 Event Ticket prices are as follows:
a. online purchases: Off Peak – £0.00, Standard- £5.00, Peak- £7.50, Anytime Entry- price subject to change. Online purchases will also incur a transaction fee of 10% of your total booking, with a maximum chargeof £15.00.
b. onsite purchases: prices available onsite at Box Office. Please note prices are subject to change.
c. Above prices are all including VAT and excluding any booking fees or transaction applied by the ticket agent.
d. “Off Peak” entry slots are classed by quieter times as determined by PWR Events, “Standard” entry slots are classed by busier times as determined by PWR Events, and “Peak” entry slots are classed by the busiest times as determined by PWR Events.
2.16 Entry to Rides, Attractions and the Event is at the sole discretion of PWR Events or the relevant operator. If PWR Events or the relevant operator determine that access to the Event, Ride or Attraction should not be granted to a particular customer, such customer will not be entitled to a refund.
2.17 We will be offering a 20% discount per ticket on the Magical Ice Kingdom and Ice Skating when purchased in conjunction with an Off Peak Entry Ticket when booked online, in advance, and in the same transaction on selected sessions. This offer is a limited offer only and subject to availability at the time of booking. Offer cannot be applied post purchase.
3. Rides and Ticketed Attractions
3.1. The following rides require a valid ticket to enter which can be pre-booked in advance (list is subject to change): Munich Looping, Wilde Maus XXL, Euro Coaster, Ice Mountain, The Time Machine, The Hangover, Aeronaut Starflyer, Blizzard, The XXL, Airborne, Dragon’s Nest, Dr Archibald (VR Experience), Christmas Tree Ride, Haunted Mansion, Snow Jet, Traditional Helter Skelter, Après Ski Party Funhouse, Magic Circus Funhouse, Traditional Waveswinger, Superstarke Troika, Dragon’s Nest, Santaland Express Train, Racing Coaster, Flying Jumbo’s, Santaland Unlimited Ride Pass, The 5 Peaks Pass (the “Pre-Bookable Rides”).
3.2. The Santaland Unlimited Ride Pass offer consists of access to selected rides in Santaland for £25.00 (list is subject to change): Autodrome Bumper Cars, Carousel, Dragon’s Nest, Flying Circus Balloons, London Car Ride, Cups and Saucers, Race o Rama, Racing Coaster, Reindeer Ride, Santa’s Runaway Train, Small World Adventure, Santaland Express Train, Scenic Railway, Santa’s Train Ride, Winter Spinner. This offer excludes the Real Ice Slide and Eurocoaster (list is subject to change).
3.3. This offer excludes the Real Ice Slide and Eurocoaster (list is subject to change). This offer is only applicable on rides displaying the Santaland Unlimited Ride Pass symbol as outlined on the Santaland Unlimited Ride Pass ticket purchasing page. This offer is a limited online offer only. This offer is limited to the area described as “Santaland” delineated on the map available on the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland website. All rides available on the Santaland Unlimited Ride Pass offer are subject to change and to availability on the day of your visit. PWR Events reserves the right to change the rides available on this offer at any time. Access to these rides is subject to each individual ride restriction. Adults may need to accompany children on rides and will need to purchase a valid ticket accordingly. All access to rides is at the discretion of the operator. Please ensure everyone accessing the ride has a valid ticket. One pass is valid for one person and cannot be shared with multiple people in your party. Your pass ticket will be exchanged for a wristband upon arrival in Santaland. You must have a valid entry ticket to access the event and use your Santaland Unlimited Ride Pass.
3.4. Lost, Stolen, and Damaged wristbands will not be replaced. Wristband must not be resold, exchanged, transferred, altered, or defaced. Any such action shall render the wristband (s)void. Wristband must be placed on the arm of the user in view of the member of staff who distributed the wristband.
3.5. The 5 Peaks Pass offer consists of Fast Track access to selected rides on the date shown on your booking for £45.00 online (list is subject to change): Munich Looping, The Hangover, Blizzard, Airborne, and Aeronaut Starflyer. The 5 Peaks Pass is not valid on any other ride.
3.6. This offer is only applicable on rides displaying the 5 Peaks Pass symbol as outlined on the 5 Peaks Pass ticket purchasing page and is for a limited time only. All rides are subject to availability and PWR Events reserves the right to change the rides available at any time. Access to these rides is at the discretion of the operator and shall be subject to each individual ride restriction. Adults may need to accompany children on rides and will need to purchase a valid ticket accordingly. Everyone accessing the ride must have a valid ticket and must use the 5 Peaks Pass. One pass is valid for one ride on each of the five rides outlined on the 5 Peak Pass. Your pass ticket will be exchanged upon arrival for a 5 Peaks Pass in the designated 5 Peaks Pass redemption booth. The 5 Peaks Pass is only valid on the date shown on your booking.
3.7. All rides at the Event, including Pre-bookable Rides, require the purchase of a ride ticket online (“Rides Tickets”), purchase of ride tokens onsite (“Ride Tokens”) or payment by contactless/’Tap and Ride’ to gain access (all rides at the Event, including the Pre-Bookable Rides, are each a “Ride” and together the “Rides”). The following attractions require a valid ticket to enter (list is subject to change): Ice Rink, Zippos Christmas Circus, Cirque Berserk, The Magical Ice Kingdom, Ice Sculpting Workshop, Giant Wheel, Bar Ice, and The Real Ice Slide (each a “Ticketed Attraction” and together the “Ticketed Attractions”).
3.8. You must produce a valid ticket to gain entry to all Ticketed Attractions within the Event (an “Attraction Ticket”) and you must produce that Attraction Ticket for inspection upon request at any time at the relevant Ride or Ticketed Attraction. Failure to produce an Attraction Ticket when requested in such circumstances may result in you being removed from the relevant Ticketed Attraction, Ride and/or the Event. Entry Tickets, Attraction Tickets, Ride Tickets, Game Coin tickets, and Food and Beverage Tickets must be used for the date they are purchased for, and Ride Tokens must be used on the date they were purchased. Attraction Tickets and Ride Tickets will be offered at no additional cost to personal assistants for access customers where possible.
3.9. Attraction Tickets are available for purchase online and onsite at the box offices. Ride Tickets, Games Coins and Food and Beverage Tickets are available for purchase online. Rides Tokens are available for purchase onsite at the box offices. Prices will vary between those purchased online and onsite, as onsite prices may be subject to an increase in price.
3.10. A valid Attraction Ticket entitles the holder to attend the relevant Ticketed Attraction at the Event on the relevant date and at the relevant time(s) as stated on the Attraction Ticket. It is your responsibility to check your Attraction Ticket(s) and to ascertain the date and the time of your access to the relevant Ticketed Attraction.
3.11. No refunds or exchanges will be given for late arrival which results in customers not receiving a full session at the Ticketed Attraction(s) (as applicable). Late arrivals for all Ticketed Attractions will be allowed access at the discretion of the operator. We recommend you arrive at your specific Ticketed Attraction venue twenty minutes before your session time.
3.12. If an error is made in the price of any Attraction Tickets, Ride Tickets, Game Coin Tickets, or Food and Beverage Tickets ordered by you, you will be notified by us as soon as possible and we will give you the option to either (a) reconfirm your relevant Ticket order at the correct price; or (b) cancel your relevant Ticket order and receive a full refund from us. Certain attractions (including but not limited to the Ticketed Attractions) and Rides at the Event (including but not limited to the Ticketed Rides) may be age and height restricted and other restrictions may apply to all Tickets and so it is the responsibility of the visitor to check before purchasing.
3.13. Onsite prices and Online prices for all ticket types may vary and are subject to change.
3.14. We will be offering a 20% discount per ticket on the Magical Ice Kingdom and Ice Skating when purchased in conjunction with an Off Peak Entry Ticket when booked online, in advance, and in the same transaction. This offer is a limited offer only and subject to availability at the time of booking. Offer cannot be applied post purchase.
3.15 Attraction Ticket information:
3.15.1 A Family Ticket is for 2 Adults and 2 Children OR 1 Adult and 3 Children.
3.15.2 Children must have a valid Attraction Ticket to all Ticketed Attractions with the following exceptions: Children aged 2 and under who will not occupy their own seat for Cirque Berserk, Zippos Christmas Circus, and Giant Wheel, and children under 2 for access to The Magical Ice Kingdom. PWR Events reserves the right to determine the ratio of responsible persons in relation to children required for adequate supervision.
3.16 Ride Terms:
3.16.1 All Rides, attractions, amusements, transport systems and other facilities must be used in accordance with the operator’s instructions.
3.16.2 All rides at the Event require the purchase of a Ride Token or a Ride Ticket. Ride Tickets are valid for the booked date only. Ride Tokens are valid on the day of purchase only. Last Ride Tokens are issued at 21:45. All rides close by 22:00 but note that some rides may close earlier.
3.17 TICKETED ATTRACTION TERMS:
A. Ice Sculpting Workshop
i. An Attraction Ticket for the Ice Sculpting Workshop gives access to a workstation which holds up to two people.
ii. Each workstation will receive a 40-minute session, under supervision, to carve one prepared piece of carving ice.
iii. The Attraction Ticket price is per workstation, each ticket entitles the bearer(s) to a 40-minute session for a maximum of two people.
iii. Guests must not remove the ice, equipment or tools from the workshop, and you will not be able to take your carving home with you.
iv. No food or drink is permitted into the studio area.
v. Specialist tools, protective gloves and waterproof aprons will be provided which must be worn as part of our health and safety procedures during your session. Ice sculpture tools are dangerous and must only be used as advised by the artists and technicians. Anyone found using the tools incorrectly or who does not respond to any request from the specialist team will be asked to leave the session. Only the tools provided can be used in the studio.
vii. We recommend comfortable outdoor/waterproof shoes are worn as some ice chips and shavings will fall onto the floor of the studio.
viii. The Ice Sculpting Workshop is available for all aged 12 years and over. Those aged 12 and over but under 18 years old will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 and over.
B. Ice Skating
i. Ice Skating can be hazardous. Participation in an Ice Skating session is entirely at your own risk. Without prejudice to clauses 14., 14.2 and 14.3, neither PWR Events nor the Royal Parks is responsible for any injuries arising from your use of the Ice Rink.
ii. Skaters must follow the instructions of the marshals at all times.
iii. The Ice Skating Manager reserves the right to remove those deemed a risk to the safety of others in their sole discretion.
iv. All Ice Skating Attraction Ticket holders must assume that Ice Skating operates in all weather conditions. In the unlikely event that the Ice Skating operator and/or PWR Events and/or Royal Parks deems it necessary to close the Ice Rink, you will be entitled to a full refund in accordance with clause 7.3 if the Ice Rink is closed in its entirety or you may be entitled to a full or partial refund in accordance with clause 7.4 if the Ice Rink is closed during the session for which your Attraction Ticket is valid.
v. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing as the Ice Skating is outdoors and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
vi. Items left in the Ice Skating cloakroom are left at the owner’s risk.
vii. Children of 12 years or under must be accompanied on the ice and remain under the control or supervision of a person of 18 years or over at all times.
viii. Ice Skating is not recommended for those aged 3 and under. All access to the rink is at the discretion of the Ice Rink management team
C. Magical Ice Kingdom and Bar Ice
i. The Magical Ice Kingdom and Bar Ice are continually kept in extremely cold conditions and attendees are advised to dress accordingly.
ii. Anyone aged 12 and under will not be permitted into Bar Ice after 7pm.
iii. We operate Challenge 25 on our bars. If you are asked to provide proof of age (passport, driving licence or PASS card (www.pass-scheme.org.uk)) and you are unable to do so you will not be served alcohol.
iv. The Magical Ice Kingdom contains a small ice slide. Please note anyone using this slide does so at their own risk.
D. Cirque Berserk, Zippos Christmas Circus, and Justin’s Christmas Singalong
i. All seats for these shows are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
ii. For VIP Cirque Berserk ticket holders, ‘VIP’ boxes are also allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. These boxes have a capacity of 4 people per box. These boxes are not wheelchair accessible and are accessed via steps.
E. Giant Wheel
i. Flights last approximately 10 minutes. Your ticket to this attraction is valid for anytime during your booked timeslot. The last flight time is 21:30.
F. Real Ice Slide
i. Children under 90cm tall must be accompanied by an adult. Your ticket can be used at any time during your booked time slot and is valid for 2 ‘slides’. The queue for this ride may close prior to the event closing time of 22:00 to accommodate visitors queuing. Please note that anyone using this attraction does so at their own risk.
ii. This attraction accepts Real Ice Slide Tickets, ride tokens and contactless payment
4. Game Coins
4.1. To participate in games at the Event you can either use cash or card (‘’Tap and Play’’) on the day at the Event and/or pre-purchase Game Coins online.
4.2. Game Coins must be used on the date they are purchased for. You are not entitled to refund for any unused Game Coins or to the transference of any unused Game Coins to a different date.
4.3. One Game Coin is priced at £4.50 which will entitle the holder to play on any game displaying the ‘Coin’ symbol. On Prize Every Time Games, the customer may require onsite top up via cash, card, or contactless payment.
4.4. Customer play on any game is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual game operator. Please see individual game stalls for specific offering as game play varies from stall to stall.
4.5. All prizes offered are at the discretion of the individual game operator. Please note the nature of the prize may vary from play to play.
4.6. One Game Coin is priced at £4.50 and a maximum of 15 individual coins are purchasable per online transaction. Alternatively, you can purchase a Game Coin Bundle 10 Game Coins for £40.00 and a maximum of 2 bundles are purchasable per online transaction.
4.7. Game Coins cannot be used on Family Entertainment Centre Games
5. All Tickets and Tokens
5.1 Event Tickets, Ride Tickets, Attraction Tickets, Game Coins, and Food and Beverage Tickets are together the “Tickets” and Rides Tokens are the “Tokens”.
5.2 Please read the ticketing agent’s conditions carefully which can be found at https://www.seetickets.com/content/terms-and-conditions (“Ticket Terms and Conditions”) prior to purchase and raise any queries with the ticketing agent or PWR Events prior to purchase. Purchase or possession of a Ticket constitutes acceptance of the Ticket Terms and Conditions and these Terms.
5.3 All Tickets/Tokens are sold subject to these Terms, the Ticket Terms and Conditions (for Tickets or Tokens purchased online) any other rules and regulations referred to herein or that may be applicable to the Event or Site at any time. It is your responsibility to check that you and your guests are permitted to attend the Event and have the appropriate Ticket(s). Do not buy Tickets/Tokens or goods from unlawful sources. There is no guarantee of Ticket validity for entry or Token validity for use unless purchased from the official ticket agents (either online or onsite) for the Event. PWR Events reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event or any Ticketed Attraction/Ride or reject anyone from the same who is found with Tickets or Tokens obtained in breach of either the Terms or the Ticket Terms and Conditions. PWR Events reserves the right to not accept and destroy any Tickets or Tokens that are found to be in breach of the Terms.
5.4 Ticket/Token sales are final. Unless otherwise stated herein (or in any Ticket Terms and Conditions), Tickets/Tokens will not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once you have purchased a Ticket/Token other than as set out in these Terms. Any Ticket or Token booking made via email, including any hospitality booking, will be subject to these Terms. Once the booking is confirmed, any subsequent cancellation of the booking shall be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
5.5 Without prejudice to the Refund Terms (below) and any Ticket Terms and Conditions (if applicable), Tickets/Tokens are non-transferable and must not be sold, offered for sale, made available, transferred or otherwise disposed of, save as set out herein, and we reserve the right to cancel without refund or compensation any such Tickets. Tickets/Tokens are issued subject to PWR Events’ right to alter or vary the Event due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets/Tokens.
5.6 Any Ticket/Token offered for sale, sold, transferred, used or disposed of in breach of clause 5.5, may be cancelled and any person(s) seeking to use the Ticket(s)/Token(s) may be refused admission to or be evicted from the relevant attraction, Ticketed Attraction, Ride and/or the Event.
5.7 PWR Events are not responsible for any lost or stolen Tickets or Tokens.
5.8 Tickets and Tokens are issued subject to, and these Terms incorporate, the rules and regulations of the Royal Parks, and shall remain the property of PWR Events who hereby reserves the right to recall any Ticket or Token at any time.
5.9 PWR Events reserves the rights to refuse admission to the Event to anyone who does not have a valid Event Ticket (including those which appear to be counterfeit or which have been altered and/or defaced).
5.10 We are not responsible or liable for any Tickets or Tokens that are lost or stolen, and to amend or deface any Ticket and/or Token will render it void.
5.11 A child Ticket is for those 12 years and under. No child aged 12 or under (a “child”) will be admitted to the Event unless they are accompanied by a person aged 18 years or over (a “responsible person”) and such child or children whilst at the Event must remain accompanied and under the supervision of such responsible person at all times. The responsible person shall have been given permission by the legal guardian of the child to be responsible for such child at the Event and in the event of an emergency. PWR Events reserves the right to determine the ratio of responsible persons in relation to children required for adequate supervision.
5.12 Tickets and Tokens may not be used for any advertising, competitions, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or used, sold or given away in conjunction with other products or services (e.g. as part of a travel or hospitality package) without the express written permission of PWR Events in advance. Failure to comply with the foregoing may result in the cancellation of the Ticket and/or Token without any refund or compensation and/or the Ticket/Token holder being refused entry or removed from the relevant attraction, Ticketed Attraction, Ride and/or the Event.
5.13 Tickets and Tokens must be used on the date they are purchased for only. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any unused Tickets or Tokens.
5.14 You must at all times comply with the Ticketed Attraction Terms (as set out below) for any use of the Ticketed Attraction(s) (as applicable) and the Rides Terms for any Rides.
6. Personal Assistant (“PA”) Tickets
6.1 By applying for a PA ticket, you are confirming that the Access ticket holder is unable to attend the event without the support of a PA. Applications will need to be submitted through our partner, Nimbus Disability, a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people and recognised as a lead authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.
6.2 All PA’s attending through the scheme must be aged 13 and over to be eligible to support the associated Access Customer during their visit.
6.3 The above scheme and facilities are for customers with permanent/ long term access requirements and are not for people with temporary impairments such as broken bones, healing wounds or people who are pregnant.
6.4 PA tickets may only be applied for in conjunction with an Adult/Teen Ticket or Concession Ticket. No entry will be granted to PA ticket holders without an accompanying Adult/Teen Ticket or Concession Ticket holder.
6.5 PA ticket holders must be available to accompany the associated Access Customer for the duration of their attendance at the event.
6.6 By purchasing a PA ticket, the PA is agreeing to take full responsibility for the wellbeing and safety of the Access Customer they are supporting. Any PA ticket holders must not be inebriated, intoxicated, or in any other way unable to care for the Access Customer they are supporting for the duration of their attendance at the event.
6.7 Failure to comply with clause 6.6 may result in the ejection of both the PA ticket holder, and the Access Customer in accordance with the conditions of the PA ticket purchase.
7. Ticket Refunds and Cancellation
7.1 Your purchase of Tickets and Tokens is subject to our right without prior notice and without refund or compensation (save as set out in clauses 7.2-7.5) to close or change the programme of rides and attractions (including Ticketed Attractions and/or Ride(s)) and/or the Event’s operating hours.
7.2 PWR Events in its absolute discretion reserves the right at any time to close all or any part of the Event, any attraction(s) (including any Ticketed Attraction(s) and/or Ride(s), or to restrict the number of persons having access to the Event, any attraction(s) (including any Ticketed Attraction(s) and/or Ride(s) due to capacity, inclement weather, or special events to ensure safety, security and/or order, or if PWR Events reasonably considers the circumstances so require. In either case, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with clause 7.3, 7.4 and/or 7.5 below.
7.3 If the Event and/or any attractions (including any Ticketed Attraction or Rides) is/are cancelled/closed in its/their entirety for any reason, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify Ticket holders as soon as possible (including notifying you of the details of any re-scheduled dates and operating hours the Event, Rides and/or attraction will be open). If you have already purchased a Ticket or Tokens for the Event or a cancelled/closed Ticketed Attraction/Rides, you will automatically be entitled to a refund (save where any Ticketing Terms and Conditions preclude this, as noted in clauses 7.1-7.4).
7.4 If any Ticketed Attraction or Ride is curtailed during the session and you have a Ticket for that session, we may (but without obligation) offer a refund (in whole or in part) in our discretion (acting reasonably).
7.5 The Event will operate in line with any government rules/restrictions. The Operator reserves the right to cancel your Event Ticket(s) should governmental or other regulatory capacity restrictions and/or any decision of another relevant authority be implemented nearer the Event date. In the event of Event Ticket cancellations, the Organiser shall process refunds in accordance with all applicable Terms and Conditions relating to this Event.
7.6 In all circumstances, where refunds are given by PWR Events, only the face value of the Ticket shall be refunded.
7.7 You are responsible for any travel and accommodation arrangements for the Event and except as set out in these Terms, PWR Events shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind whether direct or consequential, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses from postponement, cancellation, abandonment or curtailment of the Event and/or any attraction (including any Ticketed Attraction and/or any Rides) and the you hereby waive all rights of whatsoever nature against PWR Events or the Royal Parks, their employees, servants, agents, independent contractors or representatives arising from cancellation, abandonment or curtailment of the Event and/or of any Ticketed Attraction/Rides.
8. Tickets from third party agents
8.1 Tickets and Tokens purchased from an authorised ticket agent are bound by the Ticket Terms and Conditions (see link above) and neither PWR Events nor The Royal Parks are responsible or liable for any mistakes to/ or losses for any such Tickets/Tokens purchased through an authorised agent. Please refer directly to the ticket agent where you purchased your Tickets/Tokens with any ticketing issues or enquiries.
8.2 Notwithstanding clause 7.1 above, these Terms shall apply in their entirety save as varied by any Ticket Terms and Conditions (including, without limitation, in relation to refunds and/or cancellation.)
8.3 Under no circumstances shall PWR Events or The Royal Parks are responsible or liable for any mistakes to/ or losses for any Tickets/Tokens purchased through an authorised agent. Please refer directly to the ticket agent where you purchased your Tickets/Tokens with any ticketing issues or enquiries, including in relation to any refunds/exchange.
8.4 Any Tickets/Tokens bought from unauthorised agents or third parties are not valid and admission/use will not be permitted

Admission to the food outlets listed above is subject to any separate terms and conditions of the food outlets as set out in these Terms or as communicated separately to the customer.
9.3 If you have purchased a table package for the Bavarian Village, your entrance tickets will be sent via Seetickets. 9.4 The Bavarian Village Credit can be purchased for £30.00 and can be used on all Bavarian Village food and drink outlets (excluding the £5.00 stein or mulled wine mug deposit). The Bavarian Village Credit shall be deemed a voucher and can be redeemed multiple times at multiple vendors provided it does not exceed the credit remaining on the voucher. Should the total of your order exceed the remaining credit value, the balance shall be paid with a card payment. Once purchased, this credit can be used from 12pm on the 21st November 2024 until 10pm on the 5th January 2025. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any credit remaining after this date. This voucher is only valid in conjunction with a valid Event Entry Ticket and does not include entry to the event.
9.5 You will not be permitted entry to any of these outlets without a valid Entry Ticket.
9.6 We operate Challenge 25 on our bars. If you are asked to provide proof of age (passport, driving licence or PASS card (www.pass-scheme.org.uk)) and you are unable to do so you will not be served alcohol.
9.7 January 5, 2025, is our designated “Family Fun Day”. No alcohol will be served onsite on this date.
9.8 Any pre-bookable outlet tickets will be refunded in line with the general Hyde Park Winter Wonderland refund policy.
10. Event Security and Prohibited Items
10.1 The safety and comfort of all visitors is a priority. The Event has a robust security management plan, which is coordinated by Event security and the Metropolitan Police. If you see something suspicious, or something that does not feel right, please report it to a member of our security team.
10.2 To maximise safety, searches will take place at point of entry. Where operationally necessary, searches may take place on the Event site. This can include the use of metal detectors and other resources that may be necessary, and searches of the person. All bags will be searched. Please note these searches are a condition of entry and attendance at the Event, any person with illegal or prohibited items or who does not want to be searched will be refused entry or evicted and their Ticket(s)/Tokens will not be refunded. Please also note prohibited items listed below. We will not be able to look after these items for you or hold liability and you will not be able to enter the event or receive a refund. Security checks may result in delays when entering the Site, please leave extra time for these searches to take place.
10.3 Only handbags or small rucksacks will be permitted into the event, as we may not be able to accommodate large bags. We class small bags as no larger A4 size or standard handbags. We ask all guests to be vigilant and not to leave bags and belongings unattended at any time. Any unattended item may be disposed of in line with our security protocols.
10.4 Please contact a steward immediately if you have any concerns or problems at the Event. It may not be possible to resolve unreported issues after the Event.
10.5 Prohibited Items. The following articles MUST NOT be brought into the Event (list is subject to change): Knives, Work Tools, Fireworks (including sparklers), Smoke canisters, Air-horns, Spray Paint/Cans/large marker pens, Chinese/Sky Lanterns, Handheld Communication Devices (such as radios), High Visibility Clothing, powered or unpowered Skateboards, Scooters (unless otherwise permitted by security), Bikes, Flares (such as emergency or distress flares manufactured for legitimate military, maritime, or transport purposes), offensive weapons/potential weapons/anything adapted for such purpose, Any object/ item considered to be potentially dangerous or harmful to public safety being a single item or a potential component part for another object, Laser devices, Bottles (unless empty, non-glass)/ glass vessels (including bottle/ cans- even if wrapped up as a present for a later time, your own alcohol – even if wrapped up as a present for a later time, CS Gas Poles, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UACs) commonly known as “Drones” or “Remotely Piloted Aircraft”, Any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety, Open bottles of drink/liquid (unopened and factory sealed bottles of water will be accepted, as will empty reusable cups and bottles), Food at the discretion of security (other than baby food or food required for medical purposes), Illegal drugs, Nitrous Oxide (in any form), Drug Paraphernalia including Psychoactive Substances and Alkyl Nitrates (otherwise known as Poppers), Chairs/Stools, Banners/Flags, Sound Systems/items that can amplify sound, corrosive substances including acids and substances which are capable on application to the human body of causing hurt through corrosive action, unauthorised or counterfeit merchandise, kites, musical instruments, counterfeit or forged tickets and wristbands or an access pass of any description, unauthorised powered vehicles (motorbikes, quad bikes and buggies), any animals other than dogs (in accordance with clause 10.10), fancy dress costumes, or any items that could reasonably considered to form part of a fancy dress costume. Unauthorised professional tape recorders, photography, and video equipment (unless otherwise permitted by security). Equipment considered to be professional will be permitted at the discretion of the security. Any other items considered to be unsafe or potentially posing a risk to public safety and/ or security.
10.6 Any person in possession of any item set out at clause 10.5 (above) will be refused entry to the Event, removed from the Event, or will have such items confiscated and destroyed. Any article that might be used as a weapon, be deemed to be offensive or abusive, or compromise public safety, will be confiscated, and may be reported to the police.
10.7 In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, PWR Events and Royal Parks reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit to the Event and/or an attraction or ride, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event or other patrons or are in breach of these Terms and/or to refuse admission.
10.8 Use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited at the Event.
10.9 Visitors may be refused admission or ejected from the Event and the Site in accordance with PWR’s Event eviction procedure if, in the opinion of PWR Events and/or Royal Parks, the visitor is a risk to the safety of any patron and/or may affect the enjoyment of other patrons and/or the running of the Event or may cause damage, nuisance or injury. Examples include being (or appearing to be) drunk, incapable, intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs, under-age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, committing a criminal offence, declining to be searched or are in breach of any of these Terms or the terms and conditions of the Royal Parks. PWR Events reserves the right to refuse entry or evict all members of any group of persons where that group is behaving in accordance with the forgoing.
10.9 Dogs are permitted at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland but must be on a lead, controlled at all times, and adhere to any legal requirements for that breed. Dogs are not permitted into any rides or attractions, with exception of certified assistance dogs. Please note, the Event can be very busy and noisy, especially at weekends, and therefore may not be a suitable environment for dogs. No other animals are permitted on site.
10.11 Visitors must only use the toilets and urinals provided and must not pollute the land.
10.12 Commercial, promotional and trading activities are not permitted at the Event without express prior written permission of PWR Events. Please note that the PWR Events will charge a fee for any commercial activity (including filming, photography and recording a per below) at the Event.
10.13 In the event of an emergency, visitors must follow instructions and directions from stewards, staff and other officials.
11. Photography and Filming
11.1 Please note that CCTV and film cameras may be present at the Event. By entering the Event and/or purchasing Tickets and attending the Event (including Ticketed Attractions/Rides), Ticket holders and attendees consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded, and consent to the image or recording of them (including any images or recordings taken by them within the Event) being used in distribution (commercial or otherwise) in perpetuity without any payment. All sound and moving or still picture rights including, without limitation, on the internet, vest exclusively with PWR Events (or by any third party as may be engaged by PWR Events).
11.2 Photography and filming on site is only allowed for the personal, non-profit making use of amateurs for appropriate reason and use only. Any inappropriate use may result in ejection in accordance with the PWR Event’s Event eviction procedure. PWR Events will be permitted to request to view content and request for items to be deleted if deemed to be used inappropriately. Commercial or editorial photography is prohibited without prior permission from PWR Events. Entrants who are keen to bring professional equipment for personal or editorial photo/video must apply for accreditation here. 11.3 Professional camera equipment must not be brought into the event unless the individual has prior approval from PWR Events and has the appropriate accreditation. This includes, but is not limited to: A camera with a detachable, adjustable lens – including DSLR cameras, A camera with a lens of 35mm and over, GoPros and other action cameras, Tripods of any size and selfie sticks
11.4 A person may be denied entry to or removed from the Event if they are found in possession of any equipment capable of taking photographs, making films, sound recordings or broadcasts; or if they take any photograph, makes a film, sound recording or broadcast of anything occurring inside the Event for commercial gain (unless approved in accordance with clause 10.5). A person may enter the Event with the photography or filming equipment referred to in clauses 10.5 where it is integrated into electronic communications apparatus designed for personal private use (such as a mobile telephone) and/or a personal stills camera, but the person may still be removed in accordance with clause 10.6 above if they attempt to use this device for commercial gain. Removal of any customer in accordance with this term is at the sole discretion of PWR Events.
12. Alcohol
12.1 When purchasing alcohol at the Event, if you appear to be under the age of 25 you may be asked for valid identification that you are aged 18 or over. If you attend a Ticketed Attraction that serves alcohol, you may be asked to provide proof of age on arrival at the Ticketed Attraction.
12.2 Alcohol is not permitted to be taken into the Event and any alcoholic drinks purchased on site must be consumed before leaving. Bag searches will be in operation.
12.3 PWR Events reserves the right refuse alcohol to any attendee who, in PWR Event’s or any Event staff’s absolute discretion, is unreasonably intoxicated and/or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
12.4 Climbing or standing upon tables, chair, benches, fences, barriers, trees, shrubbery, walls, safety fences, rock arrangements, ride structures, exhibits, buildings or anything similar is strictly prohibited
12.5 The Event site will be operated in accordance with the Licencing Act 2003 and the Event Alcohol Management Plan.

13. Government Guidelines
13.1 The event will follow all necessary Government guidelines that are applicable at the time of the Event.
13.2 Admission into the Event is at all times subject to these Terms and the terms, conditions and rules of the Royal Parks, and any rules and guidance issued by the UK government and the Local Authority. If you breach any of these Terms and/or any such terms, conditions and/or rules then we may refuse admission or require you and/or other ticket holders to leave the Site without refund.
13.3 Before arriving at the Site please ensure you are familiar with the latest rules and guidance issued by the UK government, including any rules regarding COVID-19 (https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus), and you should not act contrary to such rules and guidance
14. General
14.1 The Event is an outdoor winter event and visitors are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times.
14.2 You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by PWR Events and/or all Event stewards and staff and with all Site regulations. PWR Events reserves the right to restrict access to parts of the Site
14.3 Use of all attractions (including any Ticketed Attraction) and rides is entirely at your own risk and PWR Events will not be liable for any distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused during the course of any ride or attraction.
14.4 Valid identification may be requested as a condition of entry to certain venues and bars within the Event. Some venues and bars may use Identification Scanning software to carry out these checks.
14.5 Each visitor is responsible for his/her own personal property brought into the Site.
14.6 All tickets purchased via the official Hyde Park Winter Wonderland app are at all times subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of any authorised ticket agent.
14.7 Any photo package tickets purchased via official website or app are at all times subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of any authorised ticket agent. For further information on the provision of these photo packages, please refer to Image Insight’s official website: https://www.imageinsight.com/.
14.8 All VIP/Hospitality tickets or packages are at all times subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of any authorised ticket agent.
14.9 You agree that the Management will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including yourself) or property however caused (including by PWR Events or any Event staff): (a) in any circumstances where there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed by PWR Events; (b) in circumstances where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach (save for death or personal injury resulting from PWR Events’, its servants’ or agents’ negligence); or (c) to the extent that any increase in any loss or damage results from breach by you of any of the Terms.
14.10 Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude PWR Events or the Royal Parks’ liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or other type of liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law (including without limitation fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation).
14.11 To the fullest extent permissible in law, PWR Events shall be entitled to assign all and any of its rights and obligations under the Terms, provided that your rights are not adversely affected.
14.12 If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provision(s) and remainder of the Terms valid or enforceable.
14.13 If PWR Events delays or fails to enforce any of the Terms it shall not mean that PWR Events has waived its right to do so.
14.14 Any person, other than the Royal Parks, who is not a party to the Terms, shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the Terms.
14.15 Nothing in the Terms and no action taken by you or PWR Events under the Terms shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership, joint venture or establish a relationship of principal and agent or any other fiduciary relationship between you and PWR Events.
14.16 You and PWR Events both agree that it has not entered into the Terms in reliance of, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, covenant, warranty, undertaking or indemnity by any person other than as expressly set out in the Terms. Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit or exclude any liability for fraud.
14.17 The Terms do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For further information about your statutory rights contact Citizens Advice, Consumer Direct or the Department for Business Innovation and Skills.
14.18 For the purposes of the Terms, “Force Majeure” means any cause beyond PWR Events’ control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, subsidence, lightning, earthquake or other natural disaster, weather of exceptional severity, epidemic, pandemic, disease, death or demise of a royal family member, royal mourning, national mourning, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, third party injunction, national defence requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments. PWR Events will not be liable to you for failure to perform any obligation under these or any other Terms to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure.
14.19 PWR Events reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time.
14.20 The Terms (including the Ticket Terms and Conditions) constitute the entire agreement between the parties in connection to the subject matter of the Terms and supersede any previous terms and conditions, agreement or arrangement between you and the PWR Events relating to the subject matter of the Terms. However, nothing in the Terms shall purport to exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. The Terms cannot be varied or amended in any respect (unless agreed between You and PWR Events in writing).
14.21 These Terms shall be governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts in connection herewith. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
