Get your New Year’s Day plans locked in and join us for the return of our annual Family Fun Day on the Monday 1st January 2024, where there will be heaps of activities for the whole family to make lasting magical memories and round out the festive season.
From face painting and arts & crafts in Bavarian Hall to an exclusive meet and greet with Bluey & Bingo in Explorer’s Rest, you don’t want to miss out on the ultimate family day out.
Your favourite rides and attractions will still be open all day for even more festive fun at Winter Wonderland. Get your skates on at Lidl On Ice, immerse yourself in Magical Ice Kingdom, catch a thrill with some rides and so much more.
To keep with the family friendly spirit, there will be no alcohol sales across the site. Instead, check out all the family-friendly experiences you can participate in below…
- Circus Show: Try your hand at circus skills over in the Circus Bar with sessions at 11:30 am, 1 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm, taking inspiration from the amazing Zippos Christmas Circus performances you can watch in the Megadome with shows throughout the day.
- Comedy Show: Laugh your heart out at the Pepsi MAX Fire Pit with comedy showings at 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm.
- Live Ice Carving: Marvel at the artistry of ice sculpting with live carvings taking place outside Magical Ice Kingdom from 12 pm to 3 pm.
- Face Painting: Transform yourself into your favourite characters at the Bavarian Hall, where there will be expert face painters all day from 10 am to 6 pm.
- Arts and Crafts: The Bavarian Hall will be transformed into a hands-on DIY space with arts and crafts sessions taking place throughout the day from 10 am to 6 pm for you to get stuck in.
- Bluey & Bingo: See your favourite characters from the screen come to life as Bluey & Bingo hang out in Explorer’s Rest ready to meet you at intervals throughout the day from 11:30 am to 3 pm.
- Bubbleologist: From giant bubbles to thousands of small ones, see if you can pop them all by spotting our Bubbleologists, who will be roaming around all day from 10 am to 6 pm.
- Treasure Trail: Adventure all over Winter Wonderland while you search for clues to complete the treasure trail – can you find them all? Your treasure is waiting for you at the Pepsi MAX Fire Pit! You can download the Treasure Trail map here so you can print it before your visit.
