TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By entering this Prize Draw you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these Terms & Conditions. This Prize Draw is open to all residents of United Kingdom aged 18 or over except for employees of the Promoter (as defined below), or any member of its group of companies, their immediate families or anyone connected professionally to this Prize Draw.

Definitions:

Entrant means any individual who has entered the Prize Draw in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and who adheres to any relevant entry and eligibility requirements.

Prize means the prize described in paragraph 5.

Prize Draw means Winter Wonderland x Crystal Ski Holidays Prize Draw

Prize Winner means the winner of the Prize as described in paragraph 4.

Promoter means PWR Events Limited with company number 03827071 whose registered office is at Building 6, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5HR

Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in this document.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This Prize Draw will open on Instagram at 10:00 GMT on 4/11/2022 and will close at 13:00 GMT on 11/11/2022. Only entries tweeted between this time period will be accepted.
2. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per Entrant will be accepted (one Prize per person).
3. To enter the Prize Draw:
   1. Like the Instagram competition post
   2. Follow both @hydeparkwinterwonderland and @crystalholidays
   3. Comment on the post, tagging 4 people
4. All qualifying entries will be placed into a draw for the Prize using a software tool on 11/11/2022 at 14:00 GMT at the Promoter’s offices in Building 6, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5HR, with 7 winners chosen at random (the “Prize Winners“). The Prize Winner will be notified by Instagram within 3 days of the draw occurring.
5. There will be 7 Prize Winners for this Prize Draw. Each Prize Winner shall receive
   1. 5 entry tickets to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland on Saturday 19^th November 2022
   2. 5 tickets to the Magical Ice Kingdom for 5pm for use on Saturday 19^th November 2022
   3. Reserved area in Explorers Rest from 6pm-10pm for the whole group for use on Saturday 19^th November 2022
   4. 5 tickets to the Real Ice Slide in partnership with Crystal Ski Holidays for use on Saturday 19^th November 2022
   5. 15 drinks tokens for use on Saturday 19^th November 2022
   6. 5 food vouchers up to £12 value for use on Saturday 19^th November 2022
   7. 5 ride tokens for any rollercoaster at Winter Wonderland up to £9 value for use on Saturday 19^th November 2022
6. In the event of the winner not being able to accept the Prize, no alternative or replacement Prize will be offered.
7. Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value, where it becomes necessary to do so, as decided by Promoter in its sole discretion.
8. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact the Prize Winner within four (4) working days, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will pick a replacement Prize Winner from the remaining Entrants. The Prize will also be forfeited if, at any time, the Prize Winner/s are found to have been ineligible to enter the Prize Draw.
9. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative to the Prize is available.
10. The Prize Winner(s) will be sent their Prize from the UK email within 1 week of the Prize Winner’s confirmation of his or her Prize and the supply of his or her (and, if applicable, his or her parent’s/legal guardian’s) contact information, including name, address, email address and telephone number, and any information reasonably requested by the Promoter to ascertain the correct identity of the Prize Winner and the postal address to where the Prize is to be sent.
11. Children under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parent/guardian before entering the Prize Draw.
12. Participation constitutes an Entrant’s (and an Entrant’s parent’s/legal guardian’s, if such Entrant is a minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
13. By entering the Prize Draw, each Entrant grants the Promoter a worldwide, sole, royalty-free perpetual and irrevocable licence to use the copyright in their entry in order to assess all entries received and to use on all Promoter and Sponsor (Crystal Ski Holidays) channels and Promoter and Sponsor (Crystal Ski Holidays) social platforms. Please note, for the avoidance of doubt, this licence fully reserves the right of the Entrant to fully exploit the copyright themselves.
14. The Promoter is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this Prize Draw misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with the Prize Draw
15. Promoter reserves the right to withdraw an entry from the Prize Draw at any time if the entry is deemed inappropriate for any reason.
16. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant, or subsequently withdraw any award if an Entrant is found to have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
17. Entries should not contain any obscene, blasphemous or defamatory matter.
18. Save in respect of personal injury, death or fraud, Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever to any Entrant whether in contract, tort or otherwise, in connection with their entry or any other aspect of this Prize Draw
19. Only entries submitted through Instagram and conforming to Instagram rules and these Terms & Conditions are eligible to participate. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not properly received due to communications beyond the Promoter’s control or for entries that are incorrectly submitted, incomplete or received after the closing date.
20. This Prize Draw is not sponsored, administered or associated with Instagram; any enquiries in relation to it should be addressed to Promoter only.
21. The decision of Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. These Terms and Conditions, and all aspects of the Prize Draw shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
23. Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions of the Prize Draw.
