10am - 6pm. You cannot book to visit Santa - it's run on a first-come first served basis.
Session Length:
Please allow plenty of time as on busy days we may have to close the queue early. Santa will have a gift for children who've been good!

Santa is ready and waiting to meet all the children (and their families) over at Santa’s Grotto. It is free to enter Santa’s Grotto and well-behaved children will receive a present from Santa himself.

The largest free grotto in London, Santa’s Grotto at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is a must-visit for young families in London over the holiday season. You will even have the opportunity to meet Mrs. Claus, who will join the festivities and greet visitors from the grotto balcony with waves and warm interactions.

Make sure it gets checked off your list, you could even do it twice!
