TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By entering this Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2025 Prize Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these Terms & Conditions. This Giveaway is open to all residents of the UK aged 12 or over, except for employees of the Promoter (as defined below), or any member of its group of companies, their immediate families or anyone connected professionally to this Giveaway.
Definitions:
Entrant means anyone participating in the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2025 Giveaway in Hyde Park on Monday 20th October 2025.
Prize Winner means any Entrant who obtained a winning ticket in the Giveaway.
Prize means the prize described in paragraph 7.
Giveaway means the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Prize Giveaway.
Event means Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2025/6.
Promoter means PWR Events Limited, a private limited company with company number 03827071 whose registered office is at Building 6, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5HR.
Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in this document.
Terms and Conditions:
- This Giveaway will open at 08:00 GMT on Monday 20th October 2025 and will close at 17:00 GMT on Friday 24th October 2025. Only winning tickets submitted between this time period will be accepted.
- No purchase is necessary. Only one Winner per winning ticket will be accepted. Any attempts to duplicate the winning tickets will lead to disqualification and cancellation of the prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Entrants at its sole discretion.
- To win one of the Giveaway Prizes, you will need to obtain one of the winning tickets from the Ice Advent Calendar in Hyde Park on Monday 20th October.
- To redeem one of the Giveaway Prizes, you will need to send a clear photograph of your winning ticket to [email protected] along with the number of the advent calendar box it came from. Further details will then be communicated.
- There will be 24 Prize Winners.
- The available Prizes (with details) are as follows: a. 1 Winner of the Overnight Stay & Experience (For 2 People): (i) A voucher for one night’s stay at the London Hilton on Park Lane. (ii) 2 x entry tickets to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. (iii) 2 x attractions per person (choice between Ice Rink, Giant Wheel, Magical Ice Kingdom, Zippos Christmas Circus, Cirque Berserk: Ignite, Real Ice Slide and Bar Ice). (iv) 3 x rides tokens per person. (v) 1 x food voucher per person. b. 5 Winners of the Ultimate VIP Day Out (For 4 people): (i) 4 x entry tickets to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. (ii) 2 x attractions per person (choice between Ice Rink, Giant Wheel, Magical Ice Kingdom, Zippos Christmas Circus, Cirque Berserk: Ignite, Real Ice Slide and Bar Ice). (iii) 3 x rides tokens per person. (iv) 1 x food voucher per person. c. 5 Winners of the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Preview Night Tickets (For 2 people): (i) 2 x tickets to the Preview Night of Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2025 on Thursday 13th November 2025. d. 2 Winners of the Personal Ice Sculpting Workshop & Magical Ice Kingdom Tickets (For 2 people): (i) 2 x entry tickets to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. (ii) 2 x Magical Ice Kingdom tickets. (iii) 1 x workstation for 2 people at Ice Sculpting Workshop. e. 4 Winners of the Festive Favourites Packages (For 2 people): (i) 2 x entry tickets to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. (ii) 2 x Festive Favourites Packages. f. 4 Winners of the Show Town Spectacular Packages (For 2 people): (i) 2 x entry tickets to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. (ii) 2 x Show Town Spectacular Packages. g. 3 Winners of the Entry & Two Attractions (For 4 people): (i) 4 x entry tickets to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. (ii) 2 x attractions per person (choice between Ice Rink, Giant Wheel, Magical Ice Kingdom, Zippos Christmas Circus, Cirque Berserk: Ignite, Real Ice Slide and Bar Ice).
- Prize Winners must give a minimum of 2 weeks notice for their preferred date when booking in tickets.
- For the Winner of the Overnight Stay at London Hilton on Park Lane, reservations are subject to availability and should be made in advance. Exclusions may apply, particularly during peak seasons and holidays. The voucher must be claimed before it expires a year from issue. The hotel will not be responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or any unused portions of the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
- In the event of the Prize Winners not being able to accept the Prize, no alternative or replacement Prize will be offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value, where it becomes necessary to do so, as decided by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
- In the event that the Prize Winner does not contact the Promoter within four (4) days, the Prize will be forfeited. The Prize will also be forfeited if, at any time, the Prize Winner is found to have been ineligible to enter the Giveaway.
- The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative to the Prize is available.
- The Giveaway is only open to Entrants over the age of twelve (12) years old. Only Prize Winners aged 18 or over may bring a guest that is aged 12 or younger.
- By entering the Giveaway, each entrant is deemed to confirm and warrant that, to the best of his/her knowledge and belief, his/her general state of health is good and he/she has no relevant medical condition and is not taking any medication that could be adversely affected by any of the activities forming part of the Prize.
- Participation constitutes an Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Winner, or subsequently withdraw any award (including without limitation of the Prize) if an Entrant is found to have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
- By entering the Giveaway, each Entrant assigns all rights in the Photographs and any and all accompanying material(s) to the Promoter for use by the Promoter in its sole discretion, and the Entrant shall have no rights in the same.
- By entering this Giveaway and taking part in the activities forming the Prize, each Entrant and his/her guests at the Event agrees to take part in or co-operate with a reasonable amount of related publicity or other promotional activity.
- The Prize Winners and guests shall comply at all times with the Event entry Terms and Conditions and all directions of the Promoter’s representatives in respect of health and safety while at the event.
- The Promoter is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party websites or homepage access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this Giveaway misstates or omits any of the information or Terms & Conditions connected with the Giveaway.
- Save in respect of personal injury, death or fraud, the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever to Entrants whether in contract, tort or otherwise, in connection with any aspect of this Giveaway.
- Only Winning tickets submitted on or before the Closing Date and conforming to these Terms and Conditions are eligible. No responsibility can be accepted for winning tickets that are not properly received due to communications beyond the Promoter’s control or for entries that are incorrectly submitted, incomplete or received after the Closing Date.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the Giveaway if it becomes necessary to do so or if the Event is cancelled (in whole or in part), without any liability in respect of the same.
- These Terms and Conditions, and all aspects of the Giveaway shall be governed by English Law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- The Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway.
