DATA PRIVACY
Personal data provided in connection with the Giveaway will be processed and stored in the UK by the Controller, P W R Events Limited, with its registered office at 1 More London Place, London, England, SE1 2AF, for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, reviewing Nominations, contacting successful Nominators and/or Nominees, and arranging the award and redemption of the Prize. We collect personal information you give us in your Nomination, which may include the Nominator’s name and contact details, the Nominee’s name and the information provided in support of the Nomination. Please do not include sensitive personal information (for example, details of a Nominee’s health or disability) unless it is necessary to explain your Nomination and you have the Nominee’s permission (or, where the Nominee is under 18, the permission of their parent or legal guardian) to share it. Personal data provided in connection with the Giveaway will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted within 6 months of Winter Wishes. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering this Giveaway, you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these Terms & Conditions as well as Hyde Park Winter Wonderland’s website Terms of Use – https://hydeparkwinterwonderland.com/terms-of-use/. Nominations may only be submitted by residents of the UK, except for employees of the Promoter, or any member of their group of companies, their immediate families, or anyone connected professionally to this Giveaway.
Definitions
Giveaway means the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland Winter Wishes Giveaway 2026/27, as further described herein.
Nomination means a completed and valid submission made through the official Winter Wishes nomination form, nominating an individual to receive the Prize and explaining why they have been nominated.
Nominator means the individual submitting a Nomination.
Nominee means the individual nominated in a Nomination.
Prize means the prize described in paragraph 7.
Prize Winner means each Nominee selected to receive the Prize as described in paragraph 6.
Promoter means P W R Events Limited (company number 03827071) with its registered office at 1 More London Place, London, England, SE1 2AF.
Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions herein.
Winter Wishes means the special event at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland on Tuesday 1 December 2026, during which Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is closed to the general public, with free access to rides and attractions, a lower-sensory environment and increased accessibility.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Giveaway will open at 12:00pm (UK time) on Friday 16 October 2026 and will close at 12:00pm (UK time) on Friday 30 October 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Only Nominations submitted within this period will be considered valid and accepted.
2. Entry into this Giveaway is free of charge and no purchase is necessary. Only one Nomination per Nominator will be accepted.
3. To enter the Giveaway, Nominators must complete the official Winter Wishes nomination form at https://hydeparkwinterwonderland.com/winter-wishes/ before the Closing Date, providing all required information, explaining why they believe their Nominee deserves to experience Winter Wishes, and confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Nominators must ensure that the information they provide is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have the Nominee’s permission (or, where the Nominee is under 18, the permission of their parent or legal guardian) to nominate them and to share any personal information included in their Nomination. The Promoter reserves the right to request confirmation of such permission and may disqualify any Nomination where it is not provided.
5. Where a Nominee is under 18, the Promoter will contact the Nominee’s parent or legal guardian to confirm and arrange the Prize, and the Nominee must be accompanied at Winter Wishes by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult aged 18 or over who must be one of the ticket holders under paragraph 7.
6. Following the Closing Date Promoter will choose the winner at random. Successful Nominators and/or Nominees will be notified by email and/or telephone, using the contact details supplied on the nomination form, by November 13th.
7. The Prize consists of tickets to attend Winter Wishes on Tuesday 1 December 2026 between 10am and 2pm. A total of 15 tickets are available, which will be allocated between the Prize Winners with each Prize Winner receiving up to 2 tickets for the Nominee and their accompanying family members or carers. The Prize includes entry to Winter Wishes and free access to the rides and attractions operating at Winter Wishes only. Travel, accommodation, food and drink and any other costs are not included.
8. Prize Winners should tell the Promoter of any access requirements when accepting the Prize. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them but cannot guarantee that every ride or attraction will be suitable for, or accessible to, every Prize Winner, and access to rides and attractions remains subject to their height, health and safety restrictions.
9. Only Nominations submitted through the official nomination form and conforming to these Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate. Incomplete, illegible, duplicate or otherwise invalid Nominations may be excluded at the Promoter’s discretion. No responsibility can be accepted for Nominations not properly received due to communications beyond the Promoter’s control, or for Nominations that are incorrectly submitted, lost, incomplete, or received after the Closing Date.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Nominator or Prize Winner, including without limitation, requesting a Nominator to provide valid proof of age and residence, or confirmation of the permissions referred to in paragraph 4, prior to a Prize being awarded.
11. In the event of the Prize Winner not being able to accept the Prize, no alternative or replacement Prize will be offered.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value to a Prize where it becomes necessary to do so, as decided by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
13. In the event the Promoter is unable to contact a successful Nominator or Nominee, or the successful Nominator or Nominee does not respond within three (3) days of notification and provide any information reasonably required to arrange the Prize, or declines the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may select a replacement Prize Winner from the remaining Nominations. The Prize will also be forfeited if, at any time, a Prize Winner or their Nominator is found to be ineligible or to have breached these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability of any Prize Winner to take up the Prize.
14. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. Tickets may not be resold.
15. Participation constitutes a Nominator’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
16. The Promoter is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third-party websites or for any reproduction of information relating to this Giveaway that misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with the Giveaway.
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Nominator or Nomination and/or to withdraw, withhold or reclaim the awarding of any Prize where it reasonably believes there has been:
(a) a breach of these Terms and Conditions by any Nominator or Prize Winner; or
(b) fraud or fraudulent misconduct by any Nominator or Prize Winner.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Giveaway where necessary due to circumstances outside its control. If Winter Wishes is cancelled or rescheduled, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to offer Prize Winners equivalent tickets to any rescheduled date, but no other compensation will be payable.
19. Nominations should not contain any obscene, blasphemous or defamatory matter.
20. Save in respect of personal injury, death or fraud, the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever to any Nominator or Prize Winner, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, in connection with their Nomination or any other aspect of this Giveaway.
21. The Promoter will not publish the names or Nominations of any Nominator or Prize Winner without their prior consent (or, where a Nominee is under 18, the consent of their parent or legal guardian). Details of the Prize Winners may be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority or any other regulator on request.
22. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Giveaway, including the selection of the Prize Winners, is final and binding in all matters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. These Terms and Conditions, and all aspects of the Giveaway, shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
